Over a period of the past twenty-five years a number of very dedicated Civil War researchers have been involved with the search for Civil War buried around Australia and New Zealand. Led by Ed Milligan, of Alexandria, Virginia, who has been an incredible help with his research knowledge at the National Archives, along with the talents of researchers Roy Parker, Len Traynor, Terry Foenander, Len Traynor, Bob Simpson and I have located over 100 veterans in the following cemeteries.
As said before, special thanks are due to the talents of the late Ed Milligan, the members of the ACWRTA and numerous friends, colleagues, associates and those in the many libraries, councils, genealogical societies and such, we are pleased to list the following.
